I needed a place to rest before heading home, and this hotel turned out to be acceptable despite my initial hesitation due to its appearance. The staff was genuinely friendly and helpful, but I did find the noise from the interstate disturbing, especially for my youngest. The beds were too firm for my liking, but overall it was decent for a night’s stay.

I returned to my favorite spot in Orange Park, and overall, I had mixed feelings about this stay. The location is really convenient, close to a variety of restaurants and shopping areas. However, my experience was marred by some concerning issues in the room, including cleanliness and maintenance. While the service was pleasant and accommodating, I can't ignore the significant drawbacks I encountered during my visit.

The noise from the highway kept us awake, and the outdoor setup made it difficult to escape the smell of smoke from guests congregating outside our room. On top of that, the cleanliness of the room was far from acceptable. It’s clear the place needs serious maintenance and attention to guest comfort.

My stay at the Baymont Hotel in Jacksonville was truly wonderful. I felt right at home thanks to the absolute cleanliness and the comfortable atmosphere. The staff was genuinely helpful and friendly, which made a huge difference. While the breakfast was decent, I do think the sausage could have used a bit more cooking. Overall, it's great value for money and I would definitely return.
